This Contract includes the construction of a six-storey hotel with 141 rooms, a bar, meeting rooms, fitness centre, a pool, a slide and a restaurant. The project included fire alarm, lighting, lighting fixtures and data communications.

The Parkland Recreational Complex was an innovative project with a large spectrum of details involved. The construction aspect of the project included the addition of a brand new NHL-size arena pad, as well as the renewal and renovation of the existing one. Using newer and “greener” technologies, the new ice refrigeration system that was built also integrated the existing six curling sheets.
