The Amazon DMW1 relaunch project involves the reopening of an existing facility to serve as a crucial distribution center, addressing the growing demand for Amazon package shipments. Our contract encompasses several key enhancements: upgrading the canopy, retrofitting the enclosure and lighting systems, and implementing advanced access control measures. Additionally, the project includes the installation of CCTV video surveillance, security features, and a new fire alarm system to ensure comprehensive safety and operational efficiency.

The renovation of CCMB’s facilities 5, 6, and 7 aims to transform these spaces into world-class research hubs. The project will modernize laboratory layouts, integrating advanced technologies and flexible designs that can adapt to evolving research needs. A key focus will be on sustainability, incorporating energy-efficient systems and green building practices. Ensuring compliance with biosafety and regulatory standards, the renovation will enhance the safety and well-being of researchers.

École Mino Pimatisiwin School is a modern educational facility designed to accommodate 700 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8. It features specialized facilities including music and band rooms, home economics spaces, manufacturing areas, and a "maker space" to encourage creativity and practical skills development.

Multi-Tenant Air Cargo Logistics Facility aimed at improving airport efficiency. This facility will enable freight partners to operate closer to planes via an adjacent apron, facilitating quicker distribution and resupply of time-sensitive goods. Additionally, it will offer expanded space for cold storage, air cargo handling, and aircraft operations.

The Selkirk Regional Health Care Expansion will add 30 acute care inpatient beds as well as expand treatment capacity within the emergency department. The expansion will allow for a higher volume of surgical and endoscopy patients to be treated.

Westport is a new residential complex being built in West Winnipeg. The new apartment complex will offer 169 living units between 2 six-storey buildings.
