Poplar River and Little Grand First Nations Schools are two brand new K-12 education facilities in Northern Manitoba. Each school will house a baseball diamond and hockey rink complete with exterior lighting and daylight sensory controls in conjunction with academic classrooms. 

These projects required strategic planning for material delivery to coordinate with the seasonal time frames of ice roads.

The Development of 147 suite seniors assisted living complex with an additional 4 housing areas that will focus on the needs of up to 48 residents with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's Disease. This facility will include shared living spaces and 24-hour personal care services. The electrical installation will encompass Distribution, Transformers, Fixtures, Emergency Fixtures, Fire Alarm, Nurse Call, Card Access, Public Address, Wander Guard and Structured Cabling.

94,000 square foot plant protein processing facility. Food processing that will derive protein from both canola and peas from Manitoba producers. Distribution, switchboards, panelboards, transformers, duct bank and manholes, medium voltage cabling, cable bus, cable bus transition enclosures, parking lot receptacles, hand dryers, floor boxes, electric heating, fire alarm, lighting and lighting controls, emergency lighting, structured cabling, intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control.
