The Development of 147 suite seniors assisted living complex with an additional 4 housing areas that will focus on the needs of up to 48 residents with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's Disease. This facility will include shared living spaces and 24-hour personal care services. The electrical installation will encompass Distribution, Transformers, Fixtures, Emergency Fixtures, Fire Alarm, Nurse Call, Card Access, Public Address, Wander Guard and Structured Cabling.
